Pallet Repairer, Pro Pallet LLC

Objective:

We are looking for a Pallet Repairer to join our team. This is a piece rate position, which means your pay is based on your production. The more you produce, the more you earn. This role is best for someone who is self-motivated and wants to control their own pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair pallets by removing damaged boards and replacing them with new or recycled parts
• Use tools such as a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun (training provided)
• Follow all safety rules at all times
• Make sure pallets are safe, including fixing or removing any sticking nails
• Keep track of how many pallets you repair each shift
• Help with sorting, stacking, and general cleanup as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Pneumatic Nail Gun: 1 year (Required)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for the full shift
• Able to use or learn to use a nail gun and read a tape measure
• Works well with others
• Self-driven and able to keep up in a fast-paced, physical job
• Reliable and shows up to work on time

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Occasional voluntary overtime
