Are you an experienced caregiver who takes pride in providing compassionate, dependable care to older adults?

ComForCare Home Care is looking for an experienced Caregiver to provide personalized in-home senior care for a client in Wheaton, Illinois.

If you enjoy helping seniors with their daily routines, providing companionship, and creating a safe and comfortable home environment, this could be a great opportunity to put your caregiving experience to work.

CNA certification is not required. We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on caregiving experience who understands the importance of patience, reliability, and compassionate senior care.

Position Details

Position: Experienced Caregiver
Shift: Morning / Day Shift
Location: Wheaton, Illinois

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide personalized support based on the client's daily needs while helping them maintain their independence at home.

Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Provide personal care assistance while maintaining the client's dignity and privacy.
Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and everyday safety.
Prepare meals and provide assistance with meals and hydration.
Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the home organized.
Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.
Follow the client's individualized care plan and daily routines.
Observe changes in the client's condition and communicate concerns to the care team.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a seasoned caregiver who is confident providing hands-on care and understands the needs of older adults.

Previous professional caregiving experience required.
CNA certification is not required.
Experience in senior care, elderly care, home care, personal care, companion care, or private duty caregiving preferred.
Experience assisting with ADLs and personal care.
Dependable, patient, compassionate, and trustworthy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
Ability to pass a background check.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Current Auto Insurance.
Reliable transportation.
