ComForCare Home Health Care - Pickering/ Ajax/ Whitby is looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSW) to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required by the client's care plan
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
Monitor and document changes in client health, behaviour, or condition and report to supervisors
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Administer medication reminders in accordance with the care plan

Requirements:

Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from an accredited Ontario program
Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting is an asset
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
