Compensation & Perks

Starting Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 / hour
Overtime & Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half for holiday shifts

Requirement: Every other weekend & occasional holidays

Job Requirements

Passion: A genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity
Age & Education: 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED
Mobility: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Background: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check
Experience: Previous caregiving experience (in-home or facility) is welcomed, but not required!
