Responsibilities

→Participate in L1/L2 on-call support and drive incident management to resolution
→Manage AWS/GCP IAM, access requests, VPN, SSO, and JumpCloud administration
→Support ArgoCD, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline operations
→Administer Vault, PagerDuty/Oppex, Facets, Groundcover, and New Relic monitoring
→Handle configuration changes, user onboarding/offboarding, and security requests
→Support Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Dagster, Elasticsearch, and database operations
→Review cloud invoices and support cost optimization initiatives
→Assist with SOC2 audits, key management, and compliance activities
→Drive the rollout of New Relic and Oppex migrations across teams
→Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Support
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms
Basic Kubernetes knowledge and container concepts
Experience with IAM, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems
Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security concepts
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
