Security Supervisor - Vancouver - Full Time

• →Interior and exterior patrols
• →Access Control and visitor verification
• →First responder in building emergencies such as evacuations and medical emergencies
• →Following specific emergency and alarm response protocols. 
• →Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments; 
• →Submit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines; 
• →Oversee training and scheduling of Commissionaires; 
• →Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progress; 
• →Ensure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportment; 
• →Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy; 
• →Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders. 

• Valid BC Security License
• Have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years due to clearance requirements
• OFA 1 certificate
• Previous supervisory experience
• Minimum 3 years security experience
• Excellent English oral and written skills
