About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our Information Systems and Technology team to manage general productivity tools. In this role, you will support and optimize our internal technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving IT challenges, and has a strong grasp of modern SaaS platforms, identity management, and information security.
You’ll serve as the go-to expert for managing core productivity tools, ensuring secure and seamless access across platforms, and supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Your work will directly impact employee experience, operational efficiency, and security posture.

Administer and support tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical applications

Implement and validate cross application integrations

Evaluate new SaaS tools and assist with onboarding

1-3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or operations
Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
Exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) and automation
Familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Google Identity)
Experience supporting SaaS tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
We're building a physical product and most of our team is onsite. In order to properly support the team, we're expecting this role spends most of their time in our San Jose, CA and Fremont, CA locations.
