As Senior Director of Dental Operations, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across dental services within an assigned region, supporting teams, strengthening workflows, and advancing quality, productivity, and performance. Working closely with the VP of Dental Operations and other dental leaders, you’ll help create consistent, efficient operations while supporting an exceptional experience for patients, providers, and team members.
