We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources and payroll operations. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience by assisting with payroll entries, onboarding and off-boarding, recruiting, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting timesheets and verifying payroll entries
  • Assist with recruiting ads, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordination of potential new hires
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including off-boarding paperwork, Cobra, and equipment collection
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests (FMLA, STD/LTD) and related documentation
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment regulations
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Open to helping with office administration tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Must be able to work onsite in Lansdale PA, 4 days per week
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
