The Engineering Technician – Product Evaluation supports Post-Market Performance & Product Surveillance across the Conair, Babyliss, Cuisinart, and Waring brands by performing engineering evaluations of returned products to identify failure modes, investigate product performance issues, and generate technical data that supports continuous product improvement.

Working closely with Product Evaluation Engineers, Product Engineering, Product Certification, and Global Engineering teams, this role performs hands-on product evaluations, documents engineering findings, and helps identify trends that improve product quality, reduce warranty costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role and a great opportunity to grow a career in product evaluation and quality. It is an ideal fit for someone early in their career (roughly 0 to 2 years of experience) with a basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts and a desire to build on it. You do not need to be an expert; you will be trained on industry standards, testing methods, and evaluation techniques so you can develop real, marketable skills while helping ensure the safety and quality of products people use every day.
