Barista & Server at Renaissance Westerville

• →Provide personalized service and warmly greet guests
• →Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipe and quality standards
• →Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
• →Take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations to guests
• →Deliver food and beverages to guests and provide table service as needed during busy periods
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, workstations, and equipment
• →Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• →Stock coffee, beverage, food, and service supplies while monitoring inventory levels
• →Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
• →Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
• →Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous barista, restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work varied hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
