Breakfast Attn

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations. 

• →Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the breakfast area.  

• →Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.  

• →Keep the area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.   

• →Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards. 

• →Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations. 

• Previous hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred. 

• Strong communication and guest service skills.  

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 

• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.  

• Professional, reliable, and service-focused. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
