Food and Beverage Supervisor

We’re looking for an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead our morning breakfast operation and create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.

You’ll oversee daily breakfast service, lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards of food presentation and ensure the operation runs efficiently from setup through service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced morning environment and understands that great hospitality starts with a great morning.

• 6am-2pm
• Weekends and holidays as needed

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of our Lobby Lounge outlets.

• Supervise Lobby Lounge Outlet associates.

• Train associates on food preparation, sanitation, and service standards.

• Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.

• Maintain open communication between management and staff.

• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.

• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.

• Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.

• Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.

• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.

• Micros system experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
