Lounge Bartender

The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and outgoing Lounge Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for hotel guests and local visitors by providing exceptional service in a professional and upbeat environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering quality beverages and hospitality.

• →Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards
• →Accept and complete drink orders from guests and servers in an organized and timely manner
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout each shift
• →Complete opening and closing duties including stocking, cleaning, and securing bar areas
• →Follow all cash handling, check handling, and credit card procedures
• →Ensure all alcohol service complies with company policies and applicable laws regarding identification and responsible alcohol service
• →Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking beer, liquor, mixers, juices, and supplies
• →Replenish ice stations, glassware, and bar products as needed
• →Maintain a friendly, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere
• →Assist with maintaining cleanliness of floors, trash areas, and bar equipment
• →Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and management to support smooth operations

• Previous bartending experience required
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
