Restaurant Attendant / Busser

The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and team-oriented Restaurant Attendants / Bussers to join our Food & Beverage team.

This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment for both hotel guests and local patrons. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

• →Quickly clean and reset tables to maintain an organized and guest-ready dining area
• →Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations including silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies
• →Greet guests warmly and assist with providing beverages, bread service, and additional guest requests
• →Assist servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods
• →Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
• →Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and restaurant spaces
• →Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• →Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• →Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift
