Learn more at www.confiemx.com Role Overview The Human Resources Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for leading people initiatives that drive organizational performance, culture, and employee experience. This role oversees the design and execution of HR strategies, ensures legal compliance, and fosters a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace. The position combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights to support business objectives and workforce sustainability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). Master’s degree or HR certification (plus). Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR leadership Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in dynamic environments Advanced English (B2+ or higher) Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics Digital HR mindset (experience with HRIS, automation, or people analytics tools) Job Responsibilities Human Resource planning is a continuous, data-driven process to make sure that the organization has the right people in the right place at the right time to achieve its strategic goals. Ensure Performance Management is deployed consistently and standardized within the organization and foster deep conversations during calibration sessions to challenge performance rates. Enabling employees to develop the skills they need for the future, bridging the gap between the workforce today and the workforce needed soon. Maintaining and cultivating relationships with the ambassadors and the Company. To be a credible activist for the employees by being a People Advocate. Creating and implementing health and safety regulations. Become Legal Representative for authorities related to HR topics and ensure compliance with legal requirements Supporting employees so that they can do their best work, involving and promoting mental, physical, and financial well-being. The final function of HR is its administrative responsibility. These include: Personnel procedures according to functional plans and Business needs, such as hiring, promotions, relocations, discipline, transfers, performance improvement, terminations, illness, regulations, cultural and racial diversity, harassment, bullying, and so on, with high-quality standards compared to other Industries, locations, and Market practices. Validates the procedures of the department’s function. Supervises the process of renewal of the IDSE certificate so that the execution of employee hires and terminations is achieved. Responsible for the safeguarding of the personal information of employees in the Human Resources file, to comply with legal requirements. Manages Staff Services such as Cafeteria Service, Medical Service, and Parking in coordination with the Facilities team Ensure consistent compensation, pre-payroll & benefits practices for all employees and departments in coordination with the Comp & Ben team, who is the owner of these processes.
