Learn more at www.confiemx.com The Outbound Caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the different marketing medias and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the company’s culture and open vacancies. Requirements High school diploma Advanced English (must) Call center experience (desirable) Customer service experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (desirable) Microsoft Office applications Job Activities: Serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates Perform prescreening to review schedule availability, salary expectations and overall candidate eligibility Execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the value of our brand Maintain constant engagement with the candidates by following up through email, WhatsApp and outbound calls Report and record daily scheduled appointment quotas Assist with the daily flow of onsite candidates ATS Updates and status of each call that the Outbound caller assists Keep safe confidential Information of each candidate and document it in the ATS Benefits Competitive weekly salary Legal benefits Christmas bonus Savings fund Profit sharing (PTU) Vacation days Vacation premium Extra paid days off Private medical insurance and preventative care Friendly work environment Financing and discounts at local restaurants and coffee shops Growth opportunities
