Our client is the asset management division of an international bank based in Zurich. We are looking for a compliance analyst (m/f/d) as

Ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations for each fund transaction in the short time available / Supporting preparation of regulatory filings ab processing regulatory monitoring tasks / Responsible for coordinating internal and external parties before, during and after the settlement of fund transactions, as well as maintaining ongoing communication to ensure transparency / Responsible for checking the completeness of transaction documents and for completing missing papers or information / Review KYC documents prior to each fund transaction, and provide these documents during transactions if ad hoc queries arise / Assisting the marketing material review process / Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory developments / Act as the point of contact for all enquiries relating to the settlement of fund transactions and associated documents / Collaboration in the optimization of processes and work systems in the department.

HF, Bachelor's or paralegal studies / Experience in a similar function in the middle office of the trading department of a bank, an asset manager or in a custodian bank in the processing of investment products / Experience with the processing of funds, e.g. multi-asset funds, hedge funds, private market funds, including the associated compliance checks (AML, KYC) / Interest in fund investments, in professional client service and in a dynamic environment / Interest in teamwork and mutual support / Analytical, well-organized personality who appreciates precise, fast-paced work and multitasking even under deadline pressure / Clear, transparent communication style / German and English.
