The Technical Services Specialist is responsible for understanding and assisting in their technical role in the client environment. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to document and deliver technical services to backend systems to allow partners for better front-end experience in one of the following focus areas:
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Scripting / Development Skills (Core Requirement)
- →Strong hands‑on experience in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting/programming languages
- →Ability to write scripts from scratch
- →Ability to modify and adapt existing scripts to suit new or migrated environments
- →Integration & Automation Experience
- →Experience creating or modifying scripts for integrations
- →Supporting deployments or configurations in client environments
- →Practical, applied scripting rather than theoretical development
- →SaaS Platform Familiarity
- →Experience working with any SaaS platform (technology‑agnostic)
- →Understanding of cloud-based environments and how scripts interact with them
- →SaaS exposure is a strong advantage, though not strictly mandatory
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Practical knowledge of relevant technical areas
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes based on partner requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong desire to help partners and peers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally
- Organized with strong attention to detail
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: 1+ years in a technical-service oriented role
- Onsite / Hybrid (depending on location)
