Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Professional internal and client correspondence
- →Property and management maintenance for accounting
- →Verify and send ACHs
- →Handle a variety of situations including ones we haven't seen before with credits and charges
- →Special accounting requests and projects as needed
- →Maintain a CX score of 90% or higher
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven track record of great customer service
- Accountable and attentive to staying on top of work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- 1 year of client relations experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Escalation resolution experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products helpful but not required
- Project management experience helpful but not required
High School Diploma or GED
