Treasury | EWOK Specialist

The Treasury Support Ticket Specialist will work with other Conservice team members to provide bank-related support for utility payment discrepancies. This includes reconciling some payment that have cleared the bank using Excel docs and Bank Portals as well as answering any questions or concerns that other Conservice team members may have. Success in this position will be measured by data completion accuracy, timely response to other team members, and the team members' attitude while completing assigned tasks. 

• →Analyze all payments that clear the bank and credit cards for Single Family, Multi-Family, Student Housing, Wyse and Commercial accounts 
• →Organize payments according to those paid online and those paid with checks in an Excel 
• →Find and fix errors on account numbers and reference numbers within company software
• →Work with providers on occasion to solve any issues regarding accounts
• →Most time spent clearing payments, fixing double payments, and addressing old payments
• →Assist with obtaining proof of payment for other teams within Conservice when needed
• →Work with various teams to recover funds for proactive payments made by Conservice on behalf of clients
• →Other duties as assigned

• Capacity to recognize numerical discrepancies contained with data
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Drive
• Familiarity with internet browsing and website navigation
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload so the most important tasks are completed first
• Skill in clearly communicating both verbally and in writing using a variety of methods
