Activations Subject Matter Expert

As an Activation Subject Matter Expert at Conservice, you will assist those who contact utility providers to get utilities turned on at our clients' homes to ensure a smooth transition for our clients as repairs are made or in between tenants, by answering their questions and assisting the Leadership team with Coaching and mentoring.  

As an Activations Subject Matter Expert, you will:

• →Demonstrate continuous learning of the Activation and Deactivation processes
• →Coach and Mentor team members to take better action on their workload
• →Answer questions and promote self-reliance with each team member
• →Monitor and maintain the activation support queue, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items
• →Proactively identify patterns or bottlenecks in the workflow and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times
• →Partner with leadership to implement process improvements that enhance team performance and client satisfaction

• Excellent computer navigation skills
• Good organizational and time management skills to maximize completed work and prioritization
• Willingness to learn Conservice software
