Consultant, Operational Excellence (Chemical industry)

Analyse client challenges, design and implement effective OpEx solutions to bring real-world value to clients.

Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.

Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of positioning the company as a trusted partner.

Work with Principals in developing new business leads and opportunities to grow the business.

Proactively identify issues and risks, examine alternatives, and pursue the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.

Lead and direct junior resources, and oversee the quality of the project delivery.

You have over 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or process engineering with previous exposure to operation excellence and supply chain management. We are looking for a mix of OpEx, SCM and production experience.

You have worked either inhouse with a Chemical firm or you have had clients from the Chemical industry.

You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and are able to leverage it externally.

You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.

You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
