This is a senior leadership role focused on growing our business and delivering impact for clients in high-risk and asset-intensive industries.

You will lead strategic client relationships, drive business development, and play a key role in shaping our market presence.

You will play a key leadership role in growing our business and delivering transformational impact for clients. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape strategic engagements, develop market opportunities, and lead high-performing teams across complex consulting programmes.

• Drive business development and expand strategic client relationships

• Lead large-scale consulting engagements and oversee delivery quality

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within target sectors

• Engage with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams

• Lead and develop consulting teams across industry and practice areas

• Contribute to industry positioning, thought leadership, and market growth

• Support the development of methodologies, offerings, and strategic initiatives

• Significant experience within management consulting and industrial operations environments

• Deep expertise within industry and/or practice environments

• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation engagements

• Experience developing client relationships and driving business growth

• Strong understanding of operational performance, safety, sustainability, or operational excellence

• Strong commercial and strategic capability

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA beneficial

• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial

• Willingness to travel internationally as required
