As an Entrepreneur in Residence (Internship) at Consultport, you'll work side-to-side with the founders on high-impact projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company.

You’ll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Management. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It is a great opportunity for ambitious young professionals who want to experience a wide range of business functions.

• Growth Strategy: Work on business-critical projects, and expand Consultport into new markets.
• Venture Excellence: Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members.
• Sales Operations: Optimize sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive efficiency.
• Ad hoc projects: Act as “firefighter”, addressing urgent challenges daily

• Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 15% of your class)
• An interest in business, technology, finance, or operations is a plus
• Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or startups).
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
