As a Growth Marketing Intern at Consultport, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly expand your marketing skills. Our goal is to set the standard in innovation, creativity, and performance.
You’ll learn to craft cross-channel marketing strategies, create engaging content, and effectively utilize various media platforms. Additionally, you’ll support communication plan development, manage media relations, and lead initiatives to elevate our brand image and increase our search rankings, all while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the consulting market.
- Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies to boost Consultport's organic traffic and lead generation.
- Report, Drafting, & SEO Optimization – Create high-quality reports for the consulting industry tailored to c-suite executives, optimize for search engines, and enhance website performance using SEO tools like SEMrush.
- Performance Marketing – Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Social Media Growth – Develop social media content strategies (organic and paid) to engage executives and strengthen brand authority.
- Marketing Analytics - Track and analyze marketing metrics using Looker Studio & Google Analytics to refine strategy and be able to provide recommendations.
Requirements

- Make a real impact with what you do, influencing an entire industry on a global scale
- Take full ownership of your projects, empowered by your organization to achieve your goals with the resources you need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across multiple channels
- About to graduate from a top university in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field
- Currently ranked in the top 25% of your class based on grades
- You can complete a mandatory internship (i.e. you must complete an internship as part of your studies)
- Previous professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or within a high-performance start-up environment is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German or French is highly desired.
