We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for an automotive account. In this role, you will handle outbound calls to potential and existing customers, assist with promoting vehicle services, schedule appointments, and provide information about dealership products and services. This position focuses on customer support and engagement, with no sales responsibilities involved.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle promotions, service reminders, and dealership offers.

  • Provide information and assistance regarding dealership services such as vehicle maintenance packages, extended warranties, accessories, and trade-in opportunities.

  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments for test drives, vehicle servicing, or dealership consultations.

  • Build strong rapport with customers and identify potential opportunities through effective communication and questioning.

  • Follow call scripts, maintain call quality standards, and achieve daily call volume targets.

  • Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and appointments using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a strong advantage.

  • Candidates with experience in the automotive industry are highly preferred, but those with relevant customer service experience are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively with KPIs and performance targets.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Work Schedule & Setup:

  • Must be amenable to work onsite at 1Nito Tower, Lahug, Cebu City.

  • Open to working flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
