We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support the effective management of the company’s daily foreign exchange positions and trading activities. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate execution of treasury operations, particularly in managing FX exposures and derivative processes in line with established risk frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting trading and reconciliation activities, and contributing to the overall integrity and performance of the Treasury function. This is a hybrid work model (onsite 2-3 times per week), working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.
- Own and accurate key option expiries, by coordinating with go-to-market and back office staff to ensure all bank and client trades are entered accurately without creating FX risk.
- Monitor upcoming option expiries and proactively manage deadlines, escalating issues where required.
- Perform trade reconciliation, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate trade booking and alignment with middle and back-office records.
- Maintain strong adherence to internal controls, policies, and risk limits.
- Document processes and evaluate and drive improvements.
- Provide support to the team on administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure all records are clean with any discrepancies resolved or escalated by EOD UK.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work as part of a remote team, at times independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of FX products and ability to calculate.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in time-sensitive processes such as option expiries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow structured processes.
