Responsibilities

→Administer IT purchase and inventory management systems effectively.
→Update and maintain asset databases to track the lifecycle of all assets.
→Receive and manage inventory while ensuring asset security.
→Maintain and manage supplier records, service level agreements, and software license information.
→Assist in developing enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures.
→Process new equipment and software requests and monitor procurement and deployment activities.
→Verify financial data related to assets and monitor changes in inventory.
→Perform spot checks to ensure process and system quality.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
0 to 1 year of experience in asset management, procurement, finance, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and checklists.
Team-oriented with the ability to work under general supervision.
