Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the administration of IT inventory, asset management, and technical service contracts.
- →Maintain and update software license information.
- →Work with the Manager of IT Procurement to develop enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures.
- →Create and manage asset management systems and serve as liaison to Finance and Legal departments.
- →Ensure compliance with corporate and legal guidelines for managing IT hardware and software assets.
- →Evaluate, recommend, and implement asset management systems for all IT technical assets.
- →Provide support to the Finance department by managing physical inventory control.
- →Define requirements for asset acquisition, management, and disposal strategies.
- →Prepare asset budgets, coordinate with IT Procurement on purchase orders and invoice processing, and reconcile inventory changes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of business experience in asset management, finance, procurement, or service contract management.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, including supervisors and technical staff.
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading complex projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, frequently reporting to senior management.
- Experience working as a subject matter expert and project leader.
