Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide overall direction and integration for a specific ERP module or business area.
- →Understand business strategies and define the business requirements for the ERP module.
- →Communicate and coordinate with Team Leads, business leadership, and Project Managers for seamless integration.
- →Oversee, define, and monitor critical path activities and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- →Drive design and implementation of new business processes and ERP configurations.
- →Act as a credible representative of the business function/process supported.
- →Influence business leadership and management decisions to ensure successful implementation.
- →Mentor and manage supervisors, project leads, and/or technical staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT and business work experience, including managing teams responsible for systems implementation or infrastructure support.
- Proven experience in middle-level management, often recruited internally from high-level management positions.
- Strong consensus decision-making skills and ability to drive ownership and acceptance of changes.
- Experience working on complex business issues with significant enterprise impact.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with business leadership and management.
