Responsibilities

→Ensure control, integrity, and accessibility of Internet/Intranet infrastructure.
→Manage change procedures for installation and testing of upgrades and enhancements.
→Perform initial installations and subsequent updates or patches.
→Prepare comprehensive system documentation.
→Conduct proactive, regular system checks for errors and apply corrective actions.
→Set up and maintain Web servers.
→Design, develop, and administer firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
→Provide technical support to internal users and external customers.
→Troubleshoot problems and take timely corrective actions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience with Web-related software, hardware, and systems administration.
Intermediate professional level expertise in managing small to large, moderately complex Web sites.
Experience working in multi-platform environments.
Proficient in Internet/Web security and associated application requirements.
Ability to coach junior technical staff.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
