Working student - Software development

We’re a green-tech start-up on a mission to make our digital lives more sustainable. Our solution, GRADIENT Perceptive AI, is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started! 

As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative part-time (16-24hrs/week) Working Student - Software Development to help expand GRADIENT’s reach and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life. 

As a working student within the Software Development Team, you will:

• Develop, test, and maintain user interfaces and backend systems, contributing directly to features used in production.

• Build and optimize web applications using modern frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

• Gain hands-on experience with full-stack development, version control, and software best practices.

• See your work directly contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions on a global scale.
