Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Performs risk assessments, internal control testing, corrective action plan development and execution, and other risk management related activities associated with the business processes and systems necessary for the integrated devleopment and execution of foreign ownership, control, or infuence (FOCI) management strategies.
- →Helps coordinate multiple reports, including the annual Statement of Assurance, and continuously curates risk management-related data in support of DIA governance using, among other solutions, the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Strategic Portfolio Management software applications.
- →All risk management-related activities are performed in accordance with DoD RMIC policy, including but not limited to, DoD Instruction 50 I 0.40, the annual DoD Statement of Assurance handbook, the Chairman's risk assessment process, and audit support requirements.
- →Applies broad DoD policy and DCSA direction for the FOCI program by monitoring performance repot1s on workload and utilization or other statistical documentation to ensure compliance with FOCI policies and emplaced mitigation plans.
- →Performs oversight and monitoring functions related to emplaced mitigation, to include the collection of legal business entities' security data. Prepares detailed correspondence on FOCI matters and conducts outreach engagements.
Requirements

- Master’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Expert: Minimum 20 years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or federal government risk management, internal controls, compliance, security, or FOCI-related programs, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Senior: Minimum 12 years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or federal government risk management, internal controls, compliance, security, or FOCI-related programs, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Expert level knowledge of DOD RMIC policy
Required Relevant Experience:
- Performing risk assessments, internal control testing, corrective action plan development and execution, and other risk management-related activities associated with the business processes and systems necessary for the integrated development and execution of foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) management strategies.
- Experience with coordination of multiple reports, including the annual Statement of Assurance, and continuously curates risk management-related data in support of DIA governance using, among other solutions, the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Strategic Portfolio Management software applications.
- Applying broad DoD policy and DCSA direction for the FOCI program by monitoring performance reports on workload and utilization or other statistical documentation to ensure compliance with FOCI policies and emplaced mitigation plans

- TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
