Partnering directly with Capacity Planning, Fleet Engineering and Operations teams, Capacity Finance helps forecast CoreWeave's finances and drive profitability by delivering data driven insights related future hardware deployments and fleet operations through a financial lens.
About the Role
~2 min readCoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Capacity Finance team. This person will support the Director of Capacity Finance to prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational information to increase financial transparency, drive performance, and promote proactive business planning. This person will work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of Coreweave and have frequent opportunities to interact with and support key executive level decision makers such as the CFO and COO.
In this role, you will:
- Lead GPU capacity planning function within FP&A.
- Drive financial planning and forecasting, including the maintenance, updating, and refining of existing financial forecast models, budget models, and databases.
- Own infrastructure reporting and forecasts, including complex multiregional capital expenditure models and unit economics analysis across a large fleet of computing assets.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations teams to track, report, and forecast infrastructure-related KPIs.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial results, budget variance analysis, scenario analysis, stress tests, and KPI results, communicating the analyses to key stakeholders such as executive leadership and department heads.
- Partner with capacity planning, fleet operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and capital expenditure optimization.
- Support Fixed Asset Accounting team on improvement of accounting and reporting processes.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field. Advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MS) preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
- Previous experience working in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with a track record of building and maintaining complex models (power query, complex array formulas, etc.).
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complicated financial analyses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates that have demonstrably interacted with management or executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP accounting.
- Experience with SQL, Netsuite, and any AI productivity tools (Claude Cowork/Code, GPT/Codex, etc.) preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
