About the Role
~2 min readThe Senior Manager, White Space Design leads the design of white space infrastructure and fit-out across CoreWeave’s expanding data center portfolio. In this role, you will own the development and administration of the White Space Basis of Design while performing comprehensive technical reviews of infrastructure layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations. You will act as both a hands-on technical expert and a manager of internal and external design resources, including third-party consultants. Additionally, you will collaborate daily with cross-functional construction and operations teams to ensure all designs are scalable, constructable, and seamlessly handed off for deployment.

- Experience working as a consulting engineer, design consultant, or owner’s representative overseeing third-party design consultants.
- Documented knowledge of low voltage infrastructure systems, including structured cabling, ladder rack, cable tray systems, overhead conveyance, and network pathway coordination.
- Documentation & Review: Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and design change documentation.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with engineering and project management tools, specifically AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Asana, Smartsheets, or equivalent platforms.
