About the Role

  • Being first point of contact for customers, families and health and social care professionals.
  • Handling initial enquiries and responding accordingly 
  • Process referrals
  • Discussing and recommending suitable TEC packages to meet the person’s needs.
  • Arranging installation and maintenance of (TEC) equipment
  • Ensure installation priority targets are met.
  • Supporting with stock management
  • Arranging self-installation postal
  • Post installation customer interaction
  • Building and maintaining client records
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity
  • Occasional emergency call monitoring

 

 

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Customer service or relevant experience in administration or customer care
  • Good knowledge and skills in the use of databases including data input/record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full Driving Licence. A company van is based at the office and is used for the role. 

 

Duties will be proportioned out on a rota basis and flexibility will be essential in order to meet the needs of our TEC service and customers.
