This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and driving execution across nearly every major marketing initiative—from product launches and retail campaigns to creative production, website updates, experiential events, and national festival activations. You'll build the processes that keep projects on track while ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are respected, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Success in this role requires someone who naturally thinks several steps ahead, loves building structure out of complexity, and takes pride in flawless execution. You'll work across every function of the marketing team, partnering closely with Creative, Growth, Retention, Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own project timelines across the marketing department, ensuring initiatives launch on time and on budget.
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, and stakeholder communications for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate work across Creative, Growth, Retention, Sales, Operations, Product Development, and external partners.
- Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions before they impact deadlines.
- Lead regular project status meetings and ensure teams remain aligned throughout execution.
- Build, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve efficiency and consistency across the marketing organization.
- Continuously improve workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline execution.
- Create repeatable systems that make launches, campaigns, and recurring initiatives easier to execute over time.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure every stakeholder has visibility into priorities and deadlines.
- Partner closely with the Creative team to manage creative requests from intake through final delivery.
- Coordinate production timelines for photography, video, packaging, advertising, retail materials, social content, and digital assets.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet project requirements and are completed on schedule.
- Help prioritize creative resources across multiple competing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution for new product launches.
- Develop launch timelines covering creative, ecommerce, retail, inventory, operations, public relations, influencer marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ensure every launch milestone is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain launch checklists and post-launch reviews to improve future processes.
- Manage operational planning for major festivals, sponsorships, trade shows, and experiential marketing activations.
- Coordinate timelines, vendors, creative assets, logistics, promotional materials, staffing, and internal deliverables.
- Ensure all event preparation is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support post-event recaps and documentation for future improvements.
- Track project budgets and monitor spend against approved plans.
- Help prioritize team resources across concurrent projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Marketing projects consistently launch on time and within budget.
- Product launches feel organized, coordinated, and predictable.
- Creative projects move smoothly from request to delivery with minimal bottlenecks.
- SOPs reduce confusion, improve efficiency, and create repeatable processes across the organization.
- Festival activations and major events are executed seamlessly with every detail accounted for.
- Stakeholders always know project status, upcoming deadlines, and potential risks.
- The marketing team spends less time chasing details and more time executing great work.
Requirements
~1 min read- 4–7+ years of project management or marketing operations experience.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience creating SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience working in ecommerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
- Experience managing product launches or retail marketing initiatives.
- Experience coordinating experiential marketing or large-scale events.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other ecommerce marketing platforms.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or production partners.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
