THE POSITION: BARBACK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Support bartenders throughout service

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times

·       Restock bar supplies, including changing kegs, replenishing syrups, and preparing garnishes

·       Wash and polish glassware as needed to maintain par levels

·       Anticipate the needs of the bar team and proactively assist during service

·       Uphold cleanliness standards by maintaining all bar areas throughout the shift

·       Complete end-of-night responsibilities, including removing trash, cleaning bar stools, and resetting the bar for the next service
