- Experience with using transportation management systems and carrier portals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
- Ability to identify service issues and provide timely, effective solutions
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support daily LTL operations, including quoting, booking, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments
- →Communicate with carriers and customers to provide shipment updates and resolve service issues
- →Assist internal brokers and operations teams with LTL pricing, carrier selection, and customized freight solutions
- →Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure service expectations are met
- →Review shipment details, freight classifications, dimensions, and documentation for accuracy
- →Help manage LTL billing and work with accounting to resolve disputes, discrepancies, and accessorial charges
- →Maintain accurate shipment records and updates within the transportation management system
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with LTL carriers, customers, and internal team members
