You have the opportunity to join our team as an North America People Connect Representative at Punto Polanco.
The North America People Connect Representative is a key function in the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, the HRSC Representative processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others. The HRSC Representative also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.
Activities:
\- Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences).
\- Documentation creation and distribution.
\- Customer interaction through chat related to life-cycle management events.
Requirements:
\- Native or fluent in english and spanish.
\- Customer interaction habilities.
\- Experience in the human resources area.
