Job Title: People Partner – CGSC ,India.
Location: Hyderabad, India
Role Purpose:
The People Partner will act as a strategic and operational HR advisor to the Global Capability Center, supporting business leaders , People service center and employees across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on Business partnering, enhancing employee experience, engagement, people initiatives, managing routine employee relations, onboarding and off boarding ,HR operations ,statutory compliance and drive change ,shaping culture to enhance employee overall experience. Ensure organizational effectiveness through effective people strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
* Partner with business leaders and people managers to understand workforce needs and support business objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Support leadership through regular connects, feedback loops, people insights and sharing monthly dashboards.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
* Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, people development and culture-building activities.
* Plan and execute employee connects, townhalls, and leadership engagement forums.
* Analyze engagement feedback and recommend actionable improvement plans.
Employee Relations & Queries:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and workplace concerns.
* Manage employee relations matters with a fair, consistent, and compliant approach.
* Support resolution of grievances and employee concerns in partnership with leaders and HR COEs.
HR Operations & Lifecycle Support:
* Support HR processes across onboarding, performance cycles, career progression, and exits.
* Partner with People services center, payroll, and COEs to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with local labor laws.
Change & Communication:
* Support organizational change initiatives, communication rollouts, and policy implementations.
* Drive clear, timely, and transparent communication between HR and employees.
Experience & Qualifications:
* 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Shared Services, Global Capability Center, or corporate environment.
* Strong experience in business partnering, employee engagement, and employee relations.
* Hands-on experience managing employee queries and working closely with leadership teams.
* Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
* Experience supporting mid-sized employee populations (300+ employees) is preferred.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Education:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
