Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join a growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling wage and hour matters, discrimination claims, and employment-related litigation, including class and representative actions. Practice Areas: Employment Law Wage & Hour Litigation Class and Representative Actions Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Claims Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of employment law matters from inception through resolution Handle wage and hour disputes, class actions, and discrimination claims Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop litigation strategy
