Responsibilities

→Create and maintain consistent brand visuals across digital platforms, with occasional adaptations for print materials.
→Develop key visuals and creative assets for 360° marketing campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints.
→Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
→Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Manager, Marketing team and other internal stakeholders
→Implement feedback efficiently and manage multiple design tasks in parallel, while working within clear deadlines
→Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
→Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices, especially within the retail/sports industry
→Translate business goals into clear and effective visual design solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
Up to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design projects. Experience with print design will be considered a plus.
Understanding of digital design , brand identity & marketing needs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Experience working with web layouts, landing pages or CMS platforms will be considered an asset.
Detail-oriented with good time management skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Passion for design, creativity and visual storytelling
