They are a large-scale apparel manufacturing operation serving international brands across North America, Europe, and Northern Asia. Production is primarily handled in-house through owned factories with a strong focus on functional outerwear and performance garments. This role is critical to ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level.

Purpose: Own fabric quality performance across suppliers and internal processes.

• Fabric Quality Control: Reduce fabric-related defects through effective inspection, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate supplier quality performance and improve consistency across incoming materials.
• Technical Fabric Support: Support factory teams with accurate interpretation of fabric testing results and technical quality standards.

• Degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related fields.
• Nice-to-have: Certifications related to textile testing or quality management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric quality, textile quality, or fabric technical roles within apparel manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with woven fabrics used in functional or performance apparel.
• Experience working with Gore-Tex or similar technical/laminated functional fabrics is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting factory production and supplier quality processes in apparel manufacturing.
• Candidates whose background is primarily outside apparel manufacturing environments may not be suitable for this role.

• Strong understanding of woven fabric construction, defects, and performance characteristics.
• Ability to interpret fabric testing reports and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with fabric inspection and quality control processes in garment factories.
• English communication skills for technical discussions and reporting.
