They are a large-scale apparel manufacturing operation serving international brands across North America, Europe, and Northern Asia. Production is primarily handled in-house through owned factories with a strong focus on functional outerwear and performance garments. This role is critical to ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level.

This role leads factory warehouse operations within an apparel manufacturing environment.

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate stock records across raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Operational Control: Ensure warehouse SOPs, stock movement processes, and reporting standards are consistently followed.
• Production Support: Maintain reliable material flow to support production continuity and operational efficiency.

• →Supervise daily warehouse operations
• →Implement and maintain WMS processes
• →Monitor stock movements and inventory levels
• →Prepare reports and reviews for management
• →Establish SOPs and performance standards
• →Train and evaluate warehouse staff

• Diploma or higher in Warehouse or Logistics Management
• Nice-to-have: Certifications related to inventory management, warehouse operations, or ERP/WMS systems.

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience within apparel, garment, textile, or manufacturing in large factories
• Experience managing inventory control and warehouse operations tied to production and financial reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with I/O processes, stock reconciliation, and warehouse process consistency in factory settings.

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems in manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of inventory reconciliation and warehouse reporting processes.
• English communication skills required
• Experience with factory inventory audits or financial stock control processes (nice-to-have)
