- 戦略的ターゲット開拓:

- 多角的なリード創出:
- ターゲットを絞ったアウトバウンド活動、およびマーケティング部門からのインバウンドリードに対する高度なナーチャリングを通じた商談創出 をリードする
- 需要創出の共創:
- マーケティング部門と密に連携し、キャンペーンの効果を最大化するための施策立案と実行
- パイプライン戦略の実行:
- フィールドセールスと連携し、単なるアポイント獲得に留まらない、成約確度を高めるためのパイプライン構築戦略の遂行
- データドリブンな予測と管理:
- CRM(Salesforce等)を活用し、営業部門や経営陣に対し、定量的かつ論理的な根拠に基づいた正確な予測(Forecast)を提供
- 価値提案の実践:
- Coupaの製品ラインおよび独自の訴求価値(TSM等)を深く理解し、顧客のビジネスコンテキストに合わせたデモンストレーションを実施
- 論理的思考力:
- 抽象的なビジネス課題を具体的に分解。解決策としての製品価値を論理的に組み立てられる能力
- 未経験の事象に対しても、素早く本質を捉え、自ら学習・適応する力(ラーニングアジリティ)
- 不確実性の高い状況を受け入れ、変化することを楽しみながら解決策志向の考え方ができること
- 戦略的コミュニケーション能力:
- 相手の役職や課題に合わせた適切な言語選定と、説得力のある対話ができるスキル
- 実績とコミットメント:
- リード創出や販売目標を継続的に達成し、プロセス改善にも寄与してきた実績
- セールス経験:
- IT/ソフトウェア業界での実務経験1~2年程度(あれば尚可)
- エンタープライズ企業への営業経験(あれば尚可)※IT/ソフトウェア業界問わず
- セルフマネジメント能力:
- 高い自発性と責任感を持ち、日々の活動指標(KPI)を戦略的に管理・達成できる計画性
- 基礎教育:
- 学士号必須 。
- ITリテラシー:
- Salesforce.com または類似の CRM システムの活用経験 (あれば尚可)
