此職位負責管理 Coupang 物流網路中的 Middle Mile（中程運輸）營運作業，確保整體運輸網路維持穩定運作並達成成本效益最佳化。

工作內容涵蓋即時營運監控、KPI 與 LOS（服務水準，Level of Service）管理，以及與跨部門團隊和運輸合作夥伴密切協作，以支持穩定的運輸產能及業務成長需求。

• 管理 Coupang 各物流中心之間 Middle Mile 運輸路線的關鍵營運指標（KPI）。
• 持續監控運輸服務品質與營運績效，確保達成目標。

• 透過派車系統（Dispatch System）監控貨車發車、到車及運輸狀況。
• 運用營運數據分析，確保運輸作業穩定並提升成本效益。
• 即時掌握運輸異常狀況，確保物流網路順暢運行。

• 主動發現並追蹤營運異常問題，例如：
  • 車輛延誤到站
  • 系統資料缺失
  • 運輸異常事件
• 及時將問題升級（Escalate）至相關團隊並協助追蹤改善進度。

• 願意配合日班及夜班輪班工作。
• 具 3 至 5 年運輸、物流或相關產業工作經驗。
• 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 操作，包括：
  • 資料輸入與整理
  • 基本公式運用
• 大學以上學歷。

• 具物流或運輸營運管理相關經驗（具 Team Leader / 基層主管經驗者尤佳）。
• 具備使用以下系統或工具的經驗：
  • 營運監控 Dashboard
  • 車輛追蹤系統（Vehicle Tracking System）
  • 運輸管理系統（Transportation Management System, TMS）
• 具備於高時效、高變動營運環境工作的經驗。
• 具備基本英文閱讀及口語溝通能力。
