Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. 

Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in industrial, mining, technology, or innovation-focused environments.
• Experience delivering operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement programs.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
