Experience: 5+ years in an agency or consultancy environment
Contribution type: Individual contributor — research-led, collaborative, craft-focused
Focus: User research methodologies (contextual inquiry, usability studies), synthesizing insights, translating strategy into experience architecture — sitemaps, wireframes, and roadmaps.Experience: 8+ years in digital experience design, including 3+ years leading projects in enterprise environments
Contribution type: Hybrid IC and team oversight — owns deliverables and delegates to team members
Focus: Manages UX designers on projects, mentors Experience team talent, oversees resourcing and timelines. May lead work directly or provide oversight depending on engagement.Experience: 10+ years in digital experience design
Contribution type: People leader — directs, supports, and mentors XS team members
Focus: Drives CX and UX strategy through client engagements. Advances and maintains client relationships, identifies new opportunities, aligns agency offerings, and develops strategic presentations.Experience: 12+ years in digital experience design
Contribution type: Senior people leader — same team leadership scope as Director
Focus: Primary focus on growing CourtAvenue relationships and business. Becomes a trusted advisor to clients and uniquely identifies opportunities for added value or additional scopes of work.Listing Details
